Proprietary and Patented Equipment
At Luwa we provide our customers state of the art proprietary equipment designed to meet very exacting requirements. Our equipment is used primarily in air system requirements such as cooling, heating, humidifying, filtering, conveying, depositing, etc. All of our equipment is designed and manufactured to meet a very demanding operational use of 24 hours per day and 7 days per week without maintenance required. We know that in an industrial plant that downtime due to equipment failure is very costly; therefore all of our equipment is extremely durable and reliable.
Air Conditioning
For Luwa, this includes such things as Room conditions (temperature - humidity - dust levels - cleanliness - pressurization), Process conditions (temperature - humidity - filtration - pressure - velocity), Waste handling, Process controls (Digicontrol), and much more.
Air Filtration
We begin by understanding process and filtration needs. Next we design and manufacture any specialty equipment required. Our filtration equipment can be used for removing larger waste such as fiber and lint down to submicron size particles depending on your needs. We can filter solid particles with automatic regenerating media or we can use an automatic disposable filter media to capture sticky particles like ink and oil mist. Whatever your filtration requirements call for, at Luwa we use to meeting or exceeding the requirements.
Water Filtration
Because water can become contaminated with both lint and dust we have developed filtration equipment to uniquely handle the larger foreign objects, such as lint, from the smaller particle. In many cases two stages of filtrations are required to assure an extremely clean source of water for a given process, such as chilled water.
Waste Handling
Once we have captured the waste and particles in the air stream with our pre-filters and final filters we will deposit the waste in a place and form that can be easily handled for disposal or recycling. We can pneumatically convey your entire plants waste to a single location in your plant for removal. Whatever your waste handling needs are, Luwa is ready to uniquely satisfy them.
Cleaning
Our popular stationary cleaner, the Circulaire, keeps the overhead structures of a plant from accumulating waste dust and lint that can become a fire hazard and an eye sore.
Controls
We have a line of industrial grade control sensors, actuators and controllers that can be used to assure a uniform and stable operation of your plants environment and process air systems. Whether it is the process air temperature, humidity, pressure or velocity, Luwa has the instruments and controls you need. Our controls can be as simple as an electric humidistat or as complex as a Direct Digital Control system standing guard day and night, while making precise changes to keep your system operating as desired.
Humidifiers
Our humble beginnings was with a very simple centrifugal humidifier. After 80 years we are still selling various models of centrifugal humidifiers for small areas and special applications. If you have a larger need for humidification or evaporative cooling we can provide you with our Rigicellor TexFog equipment. Whatever your humidification needs we have the equipment that will reliably get the job done.
