Once we have captured the waste and particles in the air stream
with our pre-filters and final filters we will deposit the waste in a place and form
that can be easily handled for disposal or recycling. We can pneumatically convey your
entire plants waste to a single location in your plant for removal. The waste can be
deposited into dumpster or it can be compacted into a briquette or bale. Whatever your
waste handling needs are, Luwa is ready to uniquely satisfy them.
Screen Condensor
The economical waste/air separator unit for large or fibrous waste. Suitable for feeding downstream disposal stations. The SA provides a reliable and cost effective method to accumulate fiber waste in one location. The fiber can be deposited into a dumpster/compactor or a bag.
Fiber Separator
The powerful units for separating textile waste from the air flow. An internal tapered auger scrapes the fiber collected on the taper screen and presses it through a set of spring metal fingers causing the waste to compress. The FS is optimally suited for compressing natural fiber waste and depositing it into a dumpster or bag.
Waste Separator
The powerful waste/air separator units for fibrous waste. Suitable for feeding downstream baling or compactor presses and recycling machines. The WS uses a proprietary retractable fingers system to prevent synthetic waste fibers from sliding on the screen. A rotary valve removes waste from the screen, while at the same time dropping the waste into atmospheric conditions through special seals.
Dust Collector II
The economical waste/air separator unit for textile dust. Suitable for feeding downstream disposal stations. The DC-II ranges in capacity from 700cfm to over 5,000 cfm. An optional regeneration intermittent compressed air whip hose can keep the filter media from impacting with most types of fine dust applications.
Dust Separator II
The Luwa Dust Separator II is the superior final element in removing dust from the the textile process. Waste laden air enters the bottom of the DSII, allowing most of the waste to fall into the bottom of the hopper. For applications where there are heavy concentrations of dust, an optional cyclonic receiver can be added to drop the majority of the waste into the hopper.
Dust Separator III
The most compact dust separator filter in the industry: efficient, reliable, low maintenance. The DS-III utilizes a very compact pleated filter cartridge to keep a relatively low air to cloth ratio in a very compact envelope. Cartridges come in various types of materials and construction specifications.
Screw Compactor
The powerful discharge unit for dust and fiber wastes: robust, reliable and economical. The STS will compress loose waste at an average of 6 to 1 ratio. Most natural waste that is compressed will stay in a tight donut type shape, making material handling easier and reducing the volume of waste to dispose in a landfill.
Blast Gate Valves
Luwa provides a wide variety of automatic and manual blastgate valves for various pneumatic systems. Robust rotating High Pressure on/off and alternating valves when required and lightweight linear Low Pressure on/off valves for the less demanding applications.
Insta Fit Duct
Clamp down on the high installation costs of conventional angle ring round duct. IF duct is easy to install and maintain in pneumatic conveying systems. Easy to take off the pieces required for any type of pneumatic conveying system.
Central High Vacuum System
Luwa provides a complete plant high vacuum system to collect all of your plants process and plant waste to one location. We use an industrial grade high pressure vacuum pump and collection tank to collect all of the waste. Aluminum tubing and fittings are routed to all of the areas of the plant requiring cleaning and automatic pickup.
